Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Smile OneWay DropTaxi's services, website, or mobile application, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, possess a valid driver's licence, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Use of our services constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Booking & Reservations

All vehicle bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Smile Oneway Drop Taxi. A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation email or SMS from us.

Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance unless otherwise stated.
You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.
Smile OneWay DropTaxi reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its sole discretion.
Prices quoted at the time of booking are subject to change until a confirmation is issued.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of pick-up may be subject to a cancellation fee.

More than 48 hours: Full refund, no cancellation fee.
24 – 48 hours: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Less than 24 hours: No refund. The full booking amount will be charged.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Driver Requirements

All drivers must comply with the following requirements at the time of vehicle collection:

A valid, current driver's licence issued in your country of residence.
International Driver's Permit (IDP) if driving outside your home country.
Minimum age of 21 years (additional charges may apply for drivers under 25).
A valid credit or debit card in the primary driver's name for the security deposit.

Failure to meet these requirements will result in cancellation of the booking without a refund.

Vehicle Use & Restrictions

The rented vehicle must be used in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following restrictions apply:

Only the named driver(s) listed in the booking confirmation may operate the vehicle.
Vehicles must not be used for any illegal purpose or activity.
Smoking, pets, and transportation of hazardous materials are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Off-road driving is not permitted unless the vehicle is specifically designated for such use.
The vehicle must not be sub-rented, loaned, or transferred to any third party.

Liability & Insurance

All vehicles are covered by standard third-party liability insurance as required by law. Smile Oneway Drop Taxi is not liable for:

Personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the vehicle.
Accidents or damages caused by reckless, negligent, or unlawful driving.
Mechanical breakdowns resulting from misuse or violation of these terms.

Optional collision damage waiver (CDW) and supplemental liability insurance (SLI) are available at an additional cost during booking.

Privacy & Data Protection

Smile Oneway DropTaxi collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share your personal data with unauthorised third parties.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time.
Cookies may be used on our website to enhance user experience.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Smile OneWay DropTaxi operates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
